We are different to most butchers in that we process local beef, lamb & freerange pork through our own small abattoir. You can be assured that our meat is top QUALITY.

Its locally sourced, environmentally sensitive, produced to the highest welfae standards and matured traditionally resulting in tender suculent meat with unbeatable flavour. My family has been producing meat this way for 100yrs.
